27th Amendment gives constitutional cases to Federal Constitutional Court
The law minister said the amendment has vested authority for constitutional matters in the FCC.
The News reported that State Minister for Law Aqeel Malik said the 27th Amendment has given the Federal Constitutional Court the authority to hear constitutional cases.
He made the statement on Thursday, according to the publication. The minister was speaking at an event on December 21, 2024.
