Gold price rises by Rs4,300 per tola in Pakistan

The price of gold rose in Pakistan on Wednesday, according to the Business Recorder. In the local market, one tola of gold reached Rs441,636, a daily gain of Rs4,300. The price for 10 grams rose by Rs3,686 to Rs378,631.

This movement followed a decrease of Rs800 per tola on Tuesday, when the price settled at Rs437,336. The gains mirrored the international market, where the gold price increased by $43 to reach $4,191 per ounce.

According to the report citing the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association, the price of silver also rose, gaining Rs20 to reach Rs6,578 per tola.
