Lahore court bars arrest of female suspect in Azeri woman's gang-rape case

A Lahore court has barred police from arresting a female suspect in a case concerning the alleged gang-rape of an Azeri woman, as reported by Geo News. The police were, however, granted remand for two other suspects.

The Azeri woman recorded her formal statement before a judicial magistrate. In her account, the foreign woman alleged that a person named Nimra received money from an individual named Mohsin.

The case continues under judicial oversight with the female suspect currently protected from arrest by the court's order.
