MQM-P reiterates call for new province in Sindh amid amendment talks

The Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan has renewed its call for the creation of a new province in Sindh, as reported by The News. Party Convener Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui made the statement during a press conference in Karachi on 20 November 2025.

Siddiqui argued that the current provincial structure is unbalanced. The call comes as discussions on a potential 28th Amendment to the constitution are underway.
