27th Amendment gives Federal Constitutional Court authority over all constitutional cases
A minister said the constitutional amendment empowers the court to hear constitutional matters.
The News reported that State Minister for Law and Justice Barrister Aqeel Malik said the 27th Amendment has given the Federal Constitutional Court the authority to hear all constitutional matters.
Malik made the remarks at an event on December 21, 2024.
