Pakistani special forces join multinational training drill in Uzbekistan

Pakistani special forces took part in a multinational training exercise, 'Eternal Brotherhood-5', in Uzbekistan, according to state-run PTV. The exercise, held from September 13 to 25, also included forces from Turkiye, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, with Kazakhstan attending as an observer.

The aim of the joint exercise was to enhance cooperation, communication and professional capabilities among the special forces. State media PTV said the participating forces exchanged experiences on modern operations, combat strategies and ways to address security challenges.

PTV reported that the drill reflects growing defence and security cooperation and mutual trust among the participating countries.
